The authorization allows the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent of Business Services and Executive Director of Fiscal Services (where named) to sign warrants, purchase orders, contracts, tax‑sheltered annuities, developer mitigation agreements and other specified documents with one signature required, subject to later ratification by the Board.
Minutes also record the Board authorizing the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent to sign required statements related to school transportation and attendance areas to comply with Business and Professions Code Section 11010 (one signature required). The Board approved payroll-deduction authorizations for qualified organizations and authorized reimbursement for authorized travel at the federal designated mileage rate for the same delegation period.
