The Sulphur Springs Union School District Board adopted Resolution No. R-24-57 to confirm the authorization of Special Tax Bonds, 2024 Series A, not to exceed $40,000,000 for Community Facilities District No. 2019-1. Superintendent Dr. Catherine Kawaguchi told the Board this resolution confirms the bond authorization previously adopted as Resolution R-24-56.
Trustee Shelley Weinstein moved to adopt R-24-57; Trustee Denis DeFigueiredo seconded. The roll-call vote was recorded as Ayes: Weinstein, DeFigueiredo, Jellings and Chase; Trustee Lori MacDonald was absent. The resolution was adopted by a 4-0 vote.
