Parks staff plan RFP for Commons Beach concession, to revisit Bells Landing agreement

"We potentially look to go out to RFP on the Commons Beach IAF concession," the parks presenter said, adding that staff will notify the current concessionaire and begin the procurement process in the next couple of months. The presenter also said work on the Bells Landing agreement will include clearer exhibits identifying who is responsible for which aspects of the operation. Staff emphasized these procurement steps are part of next year’s priorities and will come back to the board with more detail.
