Justin Brown presented the proposal, saying the district will move to the Bound ticketing and payment platform and the changes are needed to align pricing and processing. The approved registration fees include an athletic fee of $125 plus a processing fee (total $132.15) and a fine-arts fee of $75 plus processing (total $79.65). Season-pass prices were set at Family $200 (+ processing = $210.90), Adult $80 (+ = $84.90) and Student $50 (+ = $53.40). The board also approved increasing single-game online tickets to $9 for adults and $6 for students; the district will absorb the processing fee so the higher charge will not appear on consumer transactions. At-door tickets will be $10 (exact change only). Seniors 65 and older and Litchfield residents will be admitted free.
Marcia Provencher moved to approve the proposal and Stephanie Danielson seconded; the motion carried 5-0. The board record notes that families may pay cash and that the athletic fees are not factored into the district’s stated $750 family cap.
The change takes effect for the 2026–27 school year; the board did not specify exemptions beyond the resident and senior admission rules.
