Mayor Smith responded, "Ma'am, I can assure you that we will look into this," and council/staff said they would follow up to clarify the citation, the applicable code section and any steps needed to confirm compliance.
Marshall asked for clearer notice when a property returns to compliance and for transparency about the code section cited; staff acknowledged the request and committed to investigating the record and the specific enforcement procedure.
