Board advances BHD policy to provide $400 prorated stipend for members pending OSBA review

Board members discussed linking eligibility to attendance, the administrative ease of a monthly stipend, and the need to reference the stipend in onboarding materials. Staff noted consultation with OSBA would be required before final implementation and that payroll and accounting processes favor a monthly stipend.
