Cascade School District board reinstates Superintendent Darin Drill after investigation

The Cascade School District #5 Board of Directors voted Feb. 3 to reinstate Superintendent Darin Drill effective immediately after concluding that allegations against him were unfounded. Vice-Chair Ruth Stevens told the Board that "the Board recognizes that all allegations are unfounded," and she introduced a resolution restoring Drill to his role.
On behalf of the Board of Education, Ms. Stevens moved and Mr. Lee seconded, "to reinstate Superintendent Darin Drill to the role of Superintendent, effective immediately." The motion carried with all voting yes and, according to the minutes, there was no discussion. The Board adjourned its special session at 4:09 p.m.
