The Board accepted financial reports for February 28, 2026 and certified that no line-item accounts were overexpended. It approved a bill list for Feb. 18–Mar. 18, 2026 totaling $1,039,977.27. Personnel approvals included a mentor appointment for Nicole Spayd at a prorated $550, a leave-replacement teacher appointment of Nadine Boetsch (Step 1-BA $63,945, prorated from March 16 to April 24, 2026), and approval of Candace Dodge as a substitute teacher at $140/day. A revised maternity/childcare leave schedule for employee #ST148 was also approved.
On travel, the Board included in the tentative budget a maximum travel expenditure of $20,000 for the 2026–27 year (same as the prior year) and permitted an $80,000 total budget line for travel and related expense reimbursements; the minutes note prior-year spending of $3,422.78 and encumbrances of $429.00 to date.
