Staff presented the district's preliminary capital improvement list for 2025, noting several projects are tied to grant conditions and lake‑level constraints.
"We will be finishing the Wesley Tahoe Regional Water Treatment Plant in 2025," Matt said, and staff also noted Madden Creek water system reconstruction is expected to go to construction. The presentation covered sewer pump station storage improvements pending lower lake levels, Dollar Edgewater revetment design and permitting, 6th Avenue sewer line construction with some carryover into 2026, and a suite of water projects (backup power, PRVs, tank feed lines, master‑metering and generator/SCADA upgrades). Staff cautioned that schedule shifts could occur due to workload and weather and emphasized the program's ties to the ongoing rate study.
