Aliyah Anglima (Land Development) presented LDLVAR2025‑40, a request to allow an accessory structure taller than the primary home to accommodate an RV on a one‑acre lot at 30 Blue Jordan Road. Staff said the lot is smaller than the agricultural residential rural minimum of five acres, which creates a special circumstance that supports the variance; the proposed structure would be set well back and more than 200 feet from neighboring structures.
Applicant Deborah Fitzpatrick confirmed the RV height would be about 13 feet 6 inches and said the structure would be used to store the RV. Staff stressed recommended conditions that limit use to residential storage and prohibit commercial use. The hearing closed without public comment on this application.
