Multiple residents objected, citing traffic congestion, recent collisions and flooding during recent storms; the applicant and staff noted traffic modeling shows the corridor has capacity for the proposed units and that road and drainage improvements are required as part of the development. Commissioners voted to approve the PD with one commissioner recorded in opposition.
