Staff said the subject property includes a concrete block medical-office building (~7,200 sq ft) that would be removed; negotiations produced a purchase price of $1,802,222 and estimated closing costs of ~$10,000. Funding for the acquisition will be assigned within the general capital improvement fund when the FY25–26 budget becomes effective on Oct. 1, 2025. The board moved, seconded and approved the purchase.
