Commission okays text amendment to allow heavy machinery sales in Juanita plan area

Rogus said staff finds the request consistent with the comprehensive plan and land development code and recommends approval.
Shelton Rice, an attorney for the applicant, appeared and asked the commission for a favorable vote. Commissioners used expedited procedures and approved the amendment on a unanimous voice/roll call following staff presentation.
