Andrew Gerkowski, a land development planner, told the commission LDSP 2025‑1 would allow a 30‑foot, 260‑square‑foot plaza sign, a 10‑foot, 45‑square‑foot multi‑tenant monument sign and six 10‑foot outparcel monument signs for a proposed retail/commercial Cottonwood Corner development on US‑27.
“Staff recommends approval,” Gerkowski said, noting mailers and a legal ad were published and no public responses were received. Commissioners used expedited procedures and voted unanimously to approve the sign plan. The approval permits outparcel signage on the multi‑tenant monument sign and the applicant will follow applicable permitting for installation.
