The summary credited ongoing improvements across several metrics: since 2014, 825 students have earned the Seal of Biliteracy/Multiliteracy (102 in the last year); districtwide graduation rates are reported at about 90 percent; students participating in Career and Technical Education programs showed a 96 percent graduation rate for participants and a 99 percent graduation rate for CTE concentrators. The summary also noted staff training efforts, citing more than 112 staff trained in Science of Reading courses. The board identified continued need for supports for students navigating poverty and for students with disabilities and emphasized communication and engagement to rebuild community trust.
"Ryan has shown a tremendous level of ethics, leadership, caring communication, and strong stewardship of the financial stability of the organization," Chair Whitebear read aloud as part of the evaluation summary. The written evaluation will be filed with the district's official 2025–26 board records.
