The Corvallis School District board unanimously adopted consolidated action items including a supplemental budget for the General Fund and Special Revenue Fund, licensed personnel actions, and four policy updates (IGBHD, JHCA, JOA, LBEA).
At the Feb. 5 meeting the Corvallis School District Board adopted a package of consolidated actions that included budget, personnel and policy items.
Director Judah Largent moved and Director Chris Hawkins seconded adoption of the consolidated action items. The package included A) a 26-0201 supplemental budget for the General Fund and Special Revenue Fund; B) minutes for January 15 and January 22, 2026; C) licensed personnel actions; and D) four board policies: IGBHD (Program Exemptions), JHCA (Immunization, School Sports Participation, Concussions and Other Brain Injuries), JOA (Directory Information) and LBEA (Denial for Virtual Public Charter School Student Enrollment). The motion passed unanimously (7–0).
Board materials were posted with the meeting packet and will be archived with the district's official 2025–26 records.
