Parent calls for policy requiring notification when staff members are involved in bias incidents

She asked that the board revise administrative regulations to ensure parents are notified of staff-related bias investigations and to authorize supportive, non-disciplinary training options for staff found to have exhibited biased behavior.
Board members later requested a formal review of the Administrative Regulation (AR) and parental-notification processes during board comments; Director Chris Hawkins asked that staff return with clarifications on how the AR handles staff-related concerns.
