Klamath County SD board adopts FY2026-27 budget, approves supplemental FY2025-26

The Klamath County School District Board of Directors on June 18 adopted Resolution 26-04, approving the district's 2026-27 budget, and approved Resolution 26-03, a supplemental budget for 2025-26. Katie Bruner moved to adopt Resolution 26-04, which was seconded by John Rademacher; the measure passed 5-0.
Board members had been presented with copies of both resolutions and the most recent financial report in the packet. Director of Business Services Janet Melsness reviewed the financial materials in advance of the vote, and the board recorded identical unanimous tallies: “I move we adopt Resolution 26-04 as presented,” a motion that carried on a 5-0 vote. The supplemental measure (Resolution 26-03) was adopted on a motion by John Rademacher, seconded by Steve Lowell, also 5-0.
