Board approves extra-duty contracts and several new hires
Summary
Trustees approved extra-duty contracts and accepted resignations and hires including a new special-education hire, a PE hire, a 0.6 FTE support staff hire and a new math teacher at the high school.
The board considered action items and approved extra-duty contracts and personnel actions as presented. A supervisor recommended approving the extra-duty contracts; a motion was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board also approved the acceptance of three resignations and the hiring of several new staff members: Alicia (special education teacher at Central, promoted from ParaPro), Thomas Tagney (PE teacher at GIVE), Katherine/Katherine/Catherine Rodigaro (support staff at 0.6 FTE) and Gary (new math teacher at Mac High). The board recorded voice votes in favor of the personnel actions.
