Mister Pate reported one gift exceeding $5,000: "An anonymous donor donated $6,553.77 to Forest Meadow Middle School," and noted 18 additional gifts under $5,000 totaling $15,706.40, bringing the month's gifts to $22,260.17. Superintendent Branham recommended the board accept gifts of $5,000 or more as listed.
A motion to accept the gifts was made and seconded, trustees thanked PTA groups and donors, and the board approved the recommendation with a 5–0 vote. Trustees highlighted specific uses such as novels, STEM supplies and craft materials and thanked community partners for supporting campus needs.
The vote was recorded as unanimous; the gifts are entered into the district record as accepted.
