Staff seeks right‑of‑entry for early tree removal; nonprofit volunteers to help protect remaining trees

Staff announced a neighborhood open house for Sept. 21 to inform nearby homeowners about the work and to provide a primary staff contact for construction‑period questions. The board and partners emphasized continued outreach and coordination with volunteers and permitting agencies.
