Billings, seconded by Councilmember Kellie Ribail, the council voted to adopt the ordinance "as presented."
The action concluded the formal budget hearing portion of the meeting. The clerk/treasurer report earlier in the session recorded the town’s current bank balances—$278,288.66 at U.S. Bank (as of Oct. 31, 2025) and $122,828.41 with the Grant County Treasurer (as of Sept. 30, 2025)—and approved paying $9,254.35 in current bills and payroll. The council did not record a roll-call tally in the minutes beyond the motion language that the ordinance "carried."
