She said feedback had been gathered throughout the year and shared a draft vision statement, mission, motto and district priorities and strategies.
Grazioli said finalization of the strategic plan will depend on continued Board input and additional discussion scheduled for a June 18 special meeting. Board directors asked how goals will be linked to measurable outcomes and inquired about teacher feedback and buy-in for curriculum alignment.
The district will continue refining the vision map and return to the Board with further detail and metrics as the plan develops.
