"The easement was requested by Liberty Utilities in advance of the new service that they're bringing here to this this facility, the admin parking lot, to install our new charging stations," the Chair said. The chair also noted the easement was being reviewed by "Matt Kamoka" for final adjustments and that the district intends to complete the work before winter.
Board members asked no substantive questions during the discussion. The motion to approve the grant easement was moved by Dan and seconded by John; the Chair called for the vote and the motion "passed unanimously," according to the meeting record.
