Dean of Students Lorena Woods presented the 2025–26 Discipline Matrix and described changes to monitoring: the handbook goal sheets will not be checked weekly, she said, and will instead be checked every other week. The minutes record this as an operational change rather than a formal policy vote.
Board members asked for staff feedback and administrative materials following inservice so the board can review proposed protocols before taking further formal action.
