The superintendent said the ESD is the largest in the state by area and provides value‑added programs for the district.
A motion was made to approve Resolution 3 authorizing the Northwest Regional ESD local service plan for 2026–27 and the board adopted the resolution by voice vote. Members discussed options to add services in future years and noted county differences in available CTE offerings.
