Shy Chapman presented the district revenue and expenditure report through Oct. 29, 2025, reporting a projected ending fund balance of $4,546,375 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Chapman told the board that the business department is still completing the audit and now expects the work to extend to the end of December rather than the previously hoped-for Thanksgiving timeline.
Chapman said staff are watching enrollment because the district is currently down 34 students from projection and that increases in special education enrollment were noted. She also reminded the board that enrollment estimates for the 2026—27 school year are due in January, which could affect budget reporting and planning.
