Speaker 11 announced that Robin McPherson, "the ecology adjudicator manager," will speak by Zoom at a November meeting to explain the adjudication process and the implications for well owners. Residents were told notices to potentially affected well owners are expected in January or February and that property owners generally will have two years to respond to an adjudication notice.
