Winlock sets bonding amounts for city officials, mayor assigned highest bond

Allman said the mayoral bond amount reflects the mayor's current editing rights to the financial system and noted a potential reduction to $100,000 if those rights are removed.
The council voted to adopt the ordinance with the amounts Allman proposed. The minutes record the motion carried unanimously; no amendments or conditions beyond the discussion about editing rights were recorded.
