Cecil said the city continues replacing aging equipment as needed, expects a screw press to be installed soon to increase digester capacity, and has about 1,050 active water connections. He also reported Cardinal Glass continues to owe the city approximately 79 acre-feet of water rights, which remains an ongoing issue for staff and council.
