During public input, a little league representative asked whether the district's indoor hitting cages at the bus farm could be made available to run hitting clinics once the new coach begins on Jan. 18. "We were hoping to maybe set up some sort of hitting clinic here before the season starts," the commenter said, asking whether facilities use or scheduling rules would apply.
Board members said access was possible with coordination and discussed insurance and scheduling details. The board indicated the head coach would be involved in logistics and that further follow‑up between little league organizers and district athletic staff would be appropriate to finalize dates and liability arrangements.
