Bare told the board the education and career plans will be completed by the conclusion of student‑led conferences scheduled for Nov. 24–25, 2025, and said the written substance use plan will be finalized by December 2025.
The Division 22 compliance review is an annual requirement under Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 581, Division 22. Board members were notified of the noncompliance areas and the district’s timetable for remediation. The timeline ties the education and career plan completion to scheduled student conferences, and staff will present the finalized substance use prevention plan once drafted.
The board took no formal disciplinary action at the meeting; the item was informational and included deadlines for staff follow up.
