"Relocating the CTP would come at a significant cost both financially and educationally," she said, and asked the board to weigh continuity and relationships alongside dollars and cents.
Board members had no further immediate questions; staff acknowledged receipt of the materials and indicated they would include the program's needs in facilities and budget considerations.
