Residents press HOA and Windermere for Seabright stair repairs; geoengineer required

The resident reported Windermere "said to me, she pulled the flap where the stipulation is...so it's very clear that she knows what their responsibility is." Committee members recommended allowing 30 days for the HOA to contact engineers and suggested geoengineering field investigations would realistically be scheduled in April or May because of weather limitations.
Members also discussed enforcement and county involvement if property owners fail to act; one member suggested legal precedent and examples from Birch Bay or other county applications where counties had encouraged private parties to meet obligations. The committee requested follow-up: photo documentation, contact with engineers provided, and a progress check in roughly three weeks.
