Erin Anderson moved to accept the recommendation and to authorize Superintendent Matt Combe to proceed with contract negotiations; Ashley Lindsay seconded the motion.
Chair Richard Cole recorded ayes from all six members present — Cole, Becky Kindle, Mary Killion, Rosa Delgado, Erin Anderson and Ashley Lindsay — and the motion passed. The board packet contains the selection committee recommendation and the Wenaha Group project report; staff noted negotiation authority was limited to contract terms, with final execution to follow required approvals.
