The commission asked about park and public-space arrangements; staff said those details will be resolved in the next development agreement to be considered by the council.
A motion to recommend approval was moved and seconded; the commission approved the recommendation by voice vote. The matter now advances to the Common Council for final action and the development agreement that will document park dedication and other conditions.
