Dr. Rita Cook moved to approve the canvass of the special election results; Mr. Donny Hill seconded the motion. The motion carried with votes in favor from President Robert Barberee, Mr. Donny Hill and Dr. Rita Cook. Four members were absent: Mr. Matt Miller, Mr. Ben McCleery, Mr. Chad Elms and Mr. Douglas Young. The meeting adjourned after the approval.
