Committee questions Lily Point parking‑lot paving; asks county for rationale and to wait for stormwater study

Another member asked whether Ecology's stormwater requirements or maintenance costs motivated the proposal. The committee agreed to ask Bennett Knox of Whatcom County Parks and Public Works for the rationale and for information on whether the Lily Point paving should await the county's larger stormwater-management study. Anel (PRCAC liaison) agreed to follow up with county staff and report back.
