Clay Carr and Ryan Netherland sworn in; board officers remain unchanged

Superintendent Scott Harrell administered the Oath of Office to Clay Carr; Carr signed the Statement of Elected Officers and assumed his seat on the board. Harrell then administered the Oath to Ryan Netherland; Netherland signed the Statement of Elected Officers and assumed his seat.
President Richard Salazar recommended keeping the existing slate of officers — Richard Salazar as President, Clay Carr as Vice President and Ryan Netherland as Secretary. A motion by Ryan Harper, seconded by Joe Ky Shultz, approved keeping the officers as presented by a 6-0 vote.
