Sudan ISD approves cafeteria contract with A+ Foods and renews audit firm

Superintendent Scott Harrell presented results of a five-year rebid for the district's cafeteria services and recommended awarding the Food Service Management Company contract for 2026–27 to A+ Foods. Susan Baker moved to approve the award, Ryan Netherland seconded, and the board approved the contract 6-0; the minutes state the signed agreement is made part of the record.
Harrell also recommended renewing the contract with Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, L.L.P. to conduct the district's financial audit for the year ending Aug. 31, 2026.
