Todd Deaver recommended approval of the May 2026 Bond Program "as presented by Specialized Public Finance based on preliminary values," and Victor Quiroga of Specialized Public Finance Inc. presented the plan to trustees. Trustee Teri Dugi moved to approve and Trustee Mauro Monita seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote: Yea 4, Nay 0, Absent 3.
