Rogers and Company, CPA, reviewed the Independent Auditors' Report and answered trustees' questions before the vote.
Trustee Dennis Cumbie moved to accept the audit report as presented; the motion was seconded by Tasha Soto and passed 6-0. The board distributed copies of the audit report to each trustee during the meeting. The approval keeps the district on its current financial reporting track as it prepares for the next fiscal year.
