Trustee Thomas Salazar moved to approve the change order and Trustee Darrell Pullin seconded. “I move to approve the contract change order #2 for Gallagher as listed,” Salazar said; the motion passed unanimously with seven yeas and no nays. The board did not specify a net dollar total for the full change order in the meeting record.
