Staff reports 940.5 trail stewardship hours; suggests PLDC coordinate stewards

A staff member told the meeting they recorded "over 940.5 hours" of trail stewardship and described the local stewardship network: "the trail city has 25 trails or trails and team actors. There's a steward for each trail, and they they report monthly on on the conditions and what needs to be done."

The staff member suggested PLDC could serve as the central communicator between partner groups and trail stewards to coordinate when work will be done and what resources stewards need. The meeting treated the suggestion as a longer-term coordination task that will take time to implement and be discussed further at upcoming board or committee meetings.
