Crews are expected to stage above the marina and at the highlighted staging area. White said crews plan to arrive the week of April 28, begin pushes around 9 a.m. after an 8:30 a.m. staging departure, and run one ice load per day (each load requires overnight regeneration). He emphasized that crews will work seven days a week while the project is active, and that residents should expect occasional weekend work and temporary inconveniences.
Residents were repeatedly asked not to use water during a push. White estimated a push may last 30–120 minutes, and that affected homes should be prepared for 2–4 hours of limited use on a given day where runs overlap. The village will post daily run maps on its website showing insertion and discharge points and will submit traffic‑control plans to Jefferson County for several areas (Teal Lake, Paradise Bay, Oak Bay).
