At its March 4, 2025 meeting the Paulsboro Land Use Board took the following formal actions:
• Minutes memorialized: The board approved the memorialization of the February 18, 2025 minutes on a motion by Mayor Giovannitti, seconded by Council President Tahje Thomas; Vice Chair Jennifer Maden abstained.
• Application #24‑LUB‑005 (Pauley’s Bar & Grill, 1311 Delaware Street): Approved with conditions requiring a formal access agreement with Camcare for deliveries and trash pickup, submission of revised construction plans (including grease trap details), and County Fire Marshal and construction official signoffs for occupancy and egress.
• Application #25‑LUB‑005 (Ace Infotech LLC & Varada LLC, Dora & Huff): Approved as a major subdivision splitting one parcel into six lots (five planned home lots and one buildable vacant lot) with conditions including sidewalks in the school walking district, individual drywells per lot, and final engineering details (drywell sizing, iron pin verification, hydrant locations) before permit issuance.
• Old business: The resolution for 801 Delaware Street was not ready for approval and was deferred.
