Board approves two-lot subdivision at 300 Billingsport Road; applicant to repair sidewalks

The Paulsboro Land Use Board unanimously approved Application #25-LUB-002, a minor site-plan subdivision by ALE Investments LLC to divide Block 44 Lot 1 (300 Billingsport Road) into two single-family lots. Applicants Marco Girelli and engineer Bruce McKenna were sworn in and presented a grading plan and confirmation of existing water and sewer connections.
When the board inquired about sidewalks, the applicant agreed on the record that "they will repair and replace the sidewalks on 3rd street, and Billingsport Road." Borough Engineer Steve Cosaboon and Borough Planner Chris Dochney said no variances or waivers were required; the board opened the floor to the public, received no comment, and then voted to approve the subdivision. Vernon Marino moved to approve the application and Jack Henderson seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous.
