The Borough of Paulsboro Land Use Board voted Jan. 7 to adopt reorganizational resolutions that appoint Robert DeAngelo as Land Use Board chair and set the board's operating procedures for 2025. The board approved a slate described in the meeting as "Resolutions PB. 01.25 - 09.25," moving and seconding the motion with Larry Haynes and Jack Henderson; the motion carried with ayes from Robert DeAngelo, Erva Macauley, Ben Mento, Phillip Neff, Jack Henderson and Larry Haynes.
The resolutions named Jennifer Maden as vice chair and Elsie Tedeski as board secretary, designated CME Associates as the board planner and Sickels and Associates, Inc. as the board engineer, and appointed John Alice, Esq., as board solicitor. The board also adopted a calendar of meetings to occur on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m., designated the South Jersey Times and Courier Post as official newspapers for legal advertisements, and adopted Robert's Rules of Order for board procedure. These organizational steps set the leadership and administrative schedule the board will use for the coming year.
