Trustee Ashley Ramirez moved to approve the consent items; Trustee Jenni McCaslin seconded and the vote was unanimous.
Later the board convened in closed session at 7:12 p.m. under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate personnel matters (assignment, reassignment, performance and resignations). The board returned to open session at 8:58 p.m.; the minutes record no reportable open-session action following the closed session and the meeting adjourned at 8:59 p.m.
