Board approves consent agenda covering public health agreements, tax lien redemption and public sale

On a single motion the Board approved Resolutions 2026-14 through 2026-17, authorizing health-service agreements (Mid‑Bergen Regional Health Commission; Borough of Ridgefield), a tax lien redemption, and the public sale of village property.
Mayor MacNeill presented a consent agenda on Jan. 27 listing routine items to be enacted in one motion. Resolutions approved were: 2026-14 (authorize Commissioner Gerken to sign Mid‑Bergen Regional Health Commission agreement for local public health services), 2026-15 (authorize agreement for public health services with the Borough of Ridgefield), 2026-16 (authorize tax lien redemption) and 2026-17 (authorize public sale of village property).
Commissioner Wanda C. Portorreal moved approval of the consent agenda and Commissioner Askar H. Mirza seconded. On roll call, Commissioners Anlian, Gerken, Mirza, Portorreal and Mayor MacNeill voted YEA and the consent agenda passed.
